We provide you with Chiropractors and health practitioners who have outstanding skills and knowledge using a variety of techniques. We understand every client is different, with different needs and as such we adapt our treatment methods to make your experience enjoyable, comfortable and effective.

Chiropractic
Our aim is to treat the whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Treatment is always specifically tailored and dynamic, according to the age, presentation and progress of each patient. Whilst adjustments of the spine and associated structures form an integral part of what we do, it is only a part of our philosophy of treating the entire nervous system.
Pilates and Yoga
Everyone from the most physically fit athlete to people with chronic back/neck pain or physical limitations can benefit. Our friendly and experienced teachers are truly dedicated to our students and the disciplines we teach. Class sizes are small to maximize personalized attention.
Remedial Massage
Many people suffer from chronic muscle pain due to patterns of compensation that have developed as a result of injury, incorrect posture or skeletal distortion. Specific ailments can be targeted by testing before the treatment and again after the treatment, to ensure optimal results. Correct balance is restored by relieving the stresses that maintain the pattern.
Naturopathy and Acupuncture
Naturopathy is a holistic modality with roots back into antiquity. Naturopathy helps put the body back into homeostasis so it is able to heal itself. It is appropriate for people of all ages and can be used as an adjunct therapy for those under a medical doctor’s care. The aim is to treat the cause, not just the symptoms. It works on all levels – mind, body and spirit, using a range of options.
Clinical Psychology
Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues. Most clients who attend treatment do so because their problems interfere with their everyday functioning or capacity to enjoy life.
Between them Liz Clarkson and Ebony Collins have a combined 40 years of clinical experience. Some of the areas our clinical pshychologists’ areas of specialist interest include anxiety and depression, adjustment to pregnancy and postnatal issues, grief & bereavement, counselling for older adults, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, gender issues, school issues for children 15 years and older as well as VCE stress. They welcome inquiries about other issues.
An additional team member is Kobe, the therapy dog, who attends the clinic on Thursdays and Fridays.
